I offer group classes online comprised of guided somatic practices based on the principles of Somatic Experiencing, Craniosacral Therapy, Transforming Touch and other somatic practices.

These are Zoom events that allow you to find ease and relaxation from wherever you are, at home or away.

Nitty gritty details

  • Sign up for the 6 week class

  • Class meets weekly (see registration for details)
  • Class is 45 minutes long
    • 5 minutes at beginning for arrival
    • 35 minutes of guided awareness
    • 5 minutes for sharing or final check in before logging off
  • Cameras are off for practice or the whole time, your choice
  • Recordings available after each class
