Nitty gritty details

- Class meets weekly (see registration for details)
- Class is 45 minutes long
- 5 minutes at beginning for arrival
- 35 minutes of guided awareness
- 5 minutes for sharing or final check in before logging off
- Cameras are off for practice or the whole time, your choice
- Recordings available after each class
Layered Connection (in-person)
Through experiential tasks of awareness, we find out if we can hold it…together: presence, the moment, connection, each other. During this workshop our movement will be based on the fundamentals of somatic presence, mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology. We will integrate healing self-touch as well as gentle improvisational contact.
Expect to move, if you want. Expect to stay with what interests you. Be open to the possibility of something different.
