The Upledger Institute will be providing the first level of Craniosacral Therapy training in Columbus this coming May 28-31, 2015. I will be one of the teacher assistants for this training. It will be my first time as a TA for Craniosacral Therapy and I’m looking forward to meeting the teacher, my fellow TAs, and students new to Craniosacral Therapy. It’s also a great opportunity for me to review the information that forms the basis for this practice.
If you are interested in learning Craniosacral Therapy you can sign up for CS1 here.
To live to our fullest potential and learn from our experiences in the best possible way we need a set of tools that help us connect to our bodies more fully. Grounding, centering and using boundaries are skills we cultivate to help us live richer lives, increase the depth of our experience, and open us up to the joys of living in our bodies. You already know a lot and we’ll tap into that personally held information and build on it as a group.
This is a 1.5-hour workshop focusing on grounding, centering and boundaries you can use in everyday life.
Regular updates can be found on the Facebook event page: Everyday Presence.
Saturday, January 24, 11:30am-1pm
